It's time to critique...
Okay, first off: I'm kinda bothered by the light source. The shadow behind Time suggest that it should come from the bottom left corner from the front, but the shading on his chest, clown nose and hair somewhat as well as the leg contradicts that. Also, it would be probable that the light is coming from a light beam, seeing that he's on a circus trapeze (I don't know much about circuses, sorry if I'm wrong) but there should be more contrast in that case.
The colors on his outfit is great though, and it would look more in-depth if you use more colors for the shading, so it looks as if it transcends more into shadows. I also LOVE the orange palette and the lowlight color. The design of his clothes are super-good as well and really fits the whole circus-theme perfectly.
AND GOD DAMN I LOVE THE HAIR. It's so pretty The brown colors in it, and he highlights looks really good and appealing. It would be correct if the highlights went with the way the hair grows instead of straight down, but I think it's a really cool personal style and you should definitely keep it!
The pattern on the sleeves and legs are a really nice detail. Without them the whole suit would probably look somewhat plain and basic. And the feathery ruffles on his neck and wrists are also a really nice detail, and again, I like the colors. Though I think they could have a little bit more texture.
The body blushing on his hands and feet, and blush on his face is also really good, and makes it look more like skin and not as flat.
The face is also really cute, and I love the emotion in it!
And lastly, and one of the most important things (one of, not the absolute most!) is that the anatomy is really well! And the pose is really dynamic and really good! But one thing that kinda bothers me, is that the fingers on the hand of the trapeze looks like they're phasing though it, rather than being on it. But it's still a minor detail. And it was also kinda hard to see that his other hand had his palm turned to the front. It rather looked like it was the back of the hand and that the thumb was on the wrong side of the hand! Also, the butt looks kinda odd the way the pants end before the tight, but I'm not entirely sure how to fix that myself.

But overral it's a great drawing, and I can see that you did a great effort in drawing it! I'd give it at least a C+! It's not that you did bad, but I know you can do even better! And it's still a great drawing.
